About the facility: Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the Staff Hub at Gateways, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac. About the role: Responsibilities include: Assisting the Payroll Coordinators and giving advice and guidance to the payroll team in the preparation of the payroll for Barwon Health Working in a timely and accurate manner to ensure all staff are remunerated in accordance with Barwon Health policies, procedures, legislative requirements and award conditions Processing of employees' pays via timesheets and the Time and Attendance system Providing superior customer service to management and employees Please note Barwon Health will only contact you via our official email and never use unconventional means, such as text messaging or other services.
