This role involves analyzing business processes, creating customized solutions, participating in architectural design, conducting code reviews, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The position requires collaboration with project managers, business analysts, and team members, as well as providing technical support and maintenance. Additionally, the role includes documenting system aspects, monitoring performance, optimizing applications, and ensuring security. Proficiency in Java, OOP concepts, integration skills, and testing frameworks is essential for success in this position. Mandatory Skills Pega PRPC (PegaRULES Process Commander): Proficiency in designing and developing applications using Pega's core tool. Certifications: Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) and Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA). Business Process Management (BPM): Understanding BPM principles to design efficient workflows. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Knowledge of CRM principles to enhance customer interactions. SQL: Ability to manage and manipulate databases using SQL. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to solve complex issues. Pega Reporting: Create and manage reports to provide insights into business processes and application performance. Debugging: Identifying and fixing issues in applications. Case Management: Understanding case management features to manage complex processes. Integration: Knowledge of integration techniques to connect Pega applications with other systems. UI Design: Designing user-friendly interfaces. Testing: Conducting thorough testing to ensure application functionality. Data Modelling: Designing efficient data structures. Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile development practices. Asset Design and Reuse: Design reusable components to streamline application development and maintenance. Roles And Responsibilities Analyze business processes and create customized solutions. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and team members. Single point contact for Offshore Development Team. Liaise with onshore LSA and assure the quality of all deliverables. Coordinate with offshore delivery manager/team. Participate in architectural design and suggest improvements. Ensure implementations are done as per Pega Guardrails. Bring in design/coding best practices. Provide technical leadership and direction to sub-teams. Document system aspects for future upgrades and maintenance. Responsible for application architecture and design. Develop high-level design. Develop individual team member plans and monitor the quality and correctness of team’s output. Conduct reviews and track issues to closure. Capture agreed metrics throughout the project. Ensure compliance with standards and processes. Provide technical support and maintenance for existing applications. Qualifications/Certifications (Optional): Educational Qualification - Engineering Graduate (Bachelor of Technology). Certified System Architect v7.2 . Certified Senior System Architect v7.2 .
