Senior Pharmacist - Paediatric Intensive Care and Projects - Grade 3 The Royal Children’s Hospital’s (RCH) Vision is “A world where all kids thrive”. A full range of paediatrics and adolescent health services are provided plus tertiary and quaternary care for the most critically ill and medically complex patients in Victoria, Tasmania, southern NSW and other states around Australia and overseas. About the Role This is a Fixed Term Full Time position to cover Parental Leave for 12 months 1.0 FTE/80 hours per fortnight within the Pharmacy Department and PICU. You will be responsible for: Providing a high-quality pharmacy service to PICU. You will work collaboratively with the two other Senior Clinical Pharmacists to lead and support the rotational pharmacists, with an emphasis on supporting projects within the team. What you’ll achieve: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across intensive care and engage with them regarding medication related protocols and guidelines. Mentor and support early career pharmacists as they undertake quality improvement and research projects. Provide leadership to the Clinical Pharmacy Team. Your skills and experience Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent. Registered to practice as a pharmacist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
