We have a new opportunity for a Senior Portfolio Analyst to join our high-profile Transformation and Change team. You’ll play a key role in our Strategic Portfolio Management & Analytics team supporting Portfolio, Program and Project managers to imbed ING financial governance in accordance with defined process tooling requirements. You’ll support the wider Change & Transformation department with operational project management tasks through best-in-class practices. This position is a 12 Month Fixed Term role based in Sydney. What you’ll do Provide transparency on cost, benefits & resource plans (budget – forecast – actual) for all initiatives and ensure alignment of portfolio CAPEX: OPEX ratio to Dynamic plan Ensure alignment with GL, local SNOW and Global SNOW Support Project Managers in vendor management practices and liaise with procurement to embed efficient approval, tracking and capture processes Ensure the resourcing details (including on-boarding and off-boarding details) are accurate, including FTE reconciliations embedded in rolling forecasts (RFC) Be the conduit between local delivery teams ServiceNow (SNOW) updates and global instance for Red, Amber & Green (RAG) statuses and milestone updates What we’re looking for Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or related discipline or equivalent experience 3-5 years’ experience in Project Management, PMO or Finance analytics is desirable Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation including external partners/vendors Excellent attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage tasks through to resolution Strong understanding of the Financial Industry and governance frameworks What’s in it for you?
