A place to make a difference: In this full-time, maximum term role (through to end of December 2026), you’ll support a local team to deliver our Early Childhood Education programs across Doomadgee. This will include our School Transition, Play2Learn, Holiday and afterschool programs, working in the 0–8-year-old space. Reporting to our Team Leader, you’ll ideally be based in Doomadgee though a FIFO arrangement will be considered for this role. You will make a difference by: Driving quality programming at the Doomadgee Children and Family Centre Supporting the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs, risk management and child protection Coaching, training and developing colleagues to increase skill and competency to enable high quality service delivery Building and maintaining relationships with the local community and key stakeholders A place to feel valued: You’re a passionate early childhood practitioner, who works from a strengths-based perspective and has a talent for mentoring and developing staff. You’ll easily build relationships with the local community, and you’ll prioritise results and risk management.
