What you’ll need to bring to the role & Experian Approximately 5 years of experience working in a presales or sales engineering role. Excellent questioning and business analysis techniques to identify customer needs, design solutions, and identify and track business and technical requirements. Strong presentation skills (workshop, demonstrations, training). Strong experience solving technical problems and troubleshooting technical issues. Work that matters - What you’ll be doing Supporting client relationships Work with our clients and partners to design Data Quality solutions that leverage Experian data quality software to meet clients’ needs as well as clearly articulate projected ROI/business benefits of solutions. Perform Proof of Concept or Proof of Value exercises with clients to aid in positioning the value of our solutions. Act as an internal liaison between sales, delivery and product teams and ensure the commercial and technical viability of proposed solutions. Innovation and efficiency Contribute to improving our software by sharing your own experiences from clients with product managers and developers, and using prior experience and research to aid in the development of new solutions and services. Support a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring we can work efficiently, effectively and at the highest levels of quality. Qualifications More about you Comfort juggling numerous priorities in a fast-paced working environment. Experience working with technology and using technology to tell a story that supports a business strategy. Experience in or some exposure to one or more data management disciplines, such as data quality, data governance, single customer view, or data migrations. Able to understand complex data flows through enterprise-grade solutions. Deep understanding of systems, processes, applications, and technology and security. Experience with Data Quality projects including data manipulation and complex data quality projects incorporating elements of cleansing, standardisation, validation, de-duplication, migration, auditing, and analysis. Exposure to Data Quality and Data Profiling toolsets such as Informatica, SAP, Trillium, DataFlux, or Talend. Experience of cloud hosting services concepts either AWS/Azure/GCP.
