Senior Principal Engineer/Group Lead - Flooding, QLD Leadership opportunity with our Brisbane Flooding team. Lead our expert team of engineers and scientists in the Flooding team in Brisbane . We have an opportunity for a Senior Principal to join us in Brisbane. This is a key leadership role for the region. As the Senior Principal/Group Lead you will have the opportunity to: Lead innovative projects Mentor a talented team who are engaged and driven Drive strategic business initiatives, existing and new business expansion Collaborate with other senior leaders to nurture client relationships Ensure successful delivery of projects on time and on budget This is a unique role in a unique consultancy. We are seeking someone with: Strong leadership background preferably in a consulting environment Demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary teams Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering Strong track record of leading flood and drainage projects across government, local councils, and communities Expertise in TUFLOW and other modelling packages, and GIS This is a highly rewarding role that combines people leadership, technical excellence, and commercial savvy.
