Principal Project Manager – ERP Transformation (Oracle) Townsville, QLD 3 year Contract Competitive Salary Townsville City Council is embarking on Project Connect, a major ERP transformation initiative to modernize our systems and improve service delivery. We are seeking an experienced Principal Project Manager to lead this complex implementation, ensuring successful delivery of a progressive, cloud-based ERP solution (ideally Oracle). Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end ERP transformation project (technical & business aspects) Manage stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners Oversee project schedules, risks, dependencies & governance Ensure successful change management & business adoption Utilize Agile & Waterfall methodologies for delivery About You 8-10 years’ experience in project/program management in large-scale ERP implementations Strong experience with Oracle ERP or other major ERP solutions Proven ability to manage vendors, project governance & stakeholder engagement Experience in local government, utilities, or complex enterprise environments (desirable) Strong leadership, negotiation & problem-solving skills Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Project Management and Information Technology Industries Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
