IUA is experiencing strong growth within the marketplace and require a dynamic, innovative Senior Product Analyst to support business growth in the Product Planning Team in our Brisbane Head Office. Reporting to the Deputy General Manager – Product Planning, this role is responsible for assisting the Product Planning Manager, to monitor, analyse and report on industry product information and initiate the development of genuine Isuzu UTE vehicle accessories. About you We are looking for someone with proven experience in product analysis within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis and a strong understanding of the current automotive market, automotive accessories and of outdoor lifestyle accessory trends. The ideal candidate will also have excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge. About the role As a Senior Product Analyst, some of your key responsibilities will include: Analysing industry sales data with customer demographic and product specification; Manage accessory suppliers to develop and improve genuine accessories' QCD; Analyse customer satisfaction survey results; Review and report on customer feedback including identifying areas for improvement and customer trends; Analyse and evaluate the product and reflect the feedback through the inter-departmental coordination; Assist in the design of the quantitative/qualitative research to customers or dealers; Assist in the development of the sales training material and sales support tool for dealers; Liaise inter-departmentally to ensure ANCAP/ADR compliance for planned product development initiatives. Skill & Expertise: 4+ years proven experience within a similar product analyst role; Experience and knowledge of sales, product planning and/or accessories development in the automotive industry; Experience in analysing business and industry performance; Strong experience in data analysis for reporting requirements; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel; High-level analytical skills; Strong presentation skills; Possession of Open Drivers Licence.
