Permanent position with STI bonus Expanding ASX listed global medical technology company Great culture, dynamic and agile environment What you will do Reporting to the Head of Formulated Solutions within our R&D function, apply your sound knowledge and experience of formula development and raw materials assessment in the development of new and existing products. Key responsibilities include: Design, coordinate and conduct experiments, analyse and present results Analyse and evaluate raw materials and opposition results Investigate, formulate and implement improvements for existing products Develop specifications, perform testing and validation for new and existing products Oversee protocols and STMs design Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to develop prototypes Identify opportunities to improve test reproducibility, precision and accuracy Develop workflows and documentation What you will bring You will be a hands-on, enthusiastic Chemistry professional working in a similar role in industrial chemistry. You will be a natural problem-solver and collaborator, looking to further develop your expertise in a dynamic, commercial environment. Master’s or PhD in a chemistry related discipline 5+ years of hands-on laboratory experience in industrial chemistry Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills Outstanding technical writing, communication, and interpersonal skills Uses initiative to work unsupervised High attention to detail Highly organised and able to deliver to tight deadlines Software savvy with experience using Quality Management Systems About Nanosonics We are an ASX listed global medical device company specialising in infection prevention technology.
