Join a leading bank at the forefront of Consumer Finance. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive strategy, product development, and commercial outcomes for our Personal Loans portfolio. This is a true end-to-end role, offering ownership over business cases, product strategy, governance, and market execution.What You’ll Do Develop & Execute Strategy: Own the product strategy & roadmap, aligning with business goals and market opportunities. Product Development & Innovation: Lead new propositions from ideation to execution, ensuring market competitiveness. P&L Ownership: Manage financial performance, pricing strategies, and business case development. Governance & Compliance: Maintain high product governance standards, including DDO obligations. Price Execution: Work closely with finance and technology teams to implement pricing strategies. Market & Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance, drive profitability, and respond to customer pain points (NPS). Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk, service design, and technology. Senior Leadership Exposure: Present to executive teams and contribute to high-impact decisions. What We’re Looking For 7+ years’ experience in Product Management within Personal Loans, Lending, Credit Cards. Proven end-to-end product ownership – from strategy and business cases to execution and governance. Strong commercial acumen & P&L management experience. (This is non-negotiable) Expertise in pricing levers, governance frameworks, and risk controls . Ability to drive customer-centric solutions and respond to market trends.
