Your role As the Senior Product Manager for One-Stop-Shop (OSS) , you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative product strategies that align with SEC Victoria's vision and business objectives. In this role, you will work collaboratively with product managers within Consumer Energy Solutions and cross-functional teams across Technology, Brand & Corporate Affairs, and Strategy, Performance & People. Together, you will design and implement impactful solutions informed by diverse perspectives and robust quantitative and qualitative insights, ensuring we meet the needs of our target audiences effectively. This role can be based in either our Melbourne CBD office or our regional office located in Morwell. What you will do: End-to-End Product Management: Lead the complete lifecycle of the OSS product, including design, development, launch, support, and performance measurement, while managing service blueprints and vendor partnerships. Strategy, Vision, and Roadmap: Define and implement the OSS product strategy, develop and own product roadmaps, and collaborate cross-functionally with Technology and Delivery leaders to ensure successful execution. Market and Customer Insights: Advocate for customer needs through market and competitive research, integrating insights to enhance product-market fit and guide product evolution, including PoC pivots. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including Technology, Brand, Energy Markets, and vendors, to align on OSS design, architecture, and progress updates. Leadership and Governance: Lead and mentor a high-performing product team while supporting data governance practices and ensuring OSS alignment within CES frameworks. Who you are: Your capabilities and areas of expertise that matter most for this role are: Must have: Regulated Industry and Start-Up Experience: Proven track record in the electricity or other highly regulated sectors, coupled with success in dynamic, fast-paced start-up environments. End-to-End Product Development: Extensive experience managing the entire product lifecycle for multiple innovative products, from ideation to market launch, ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams. Strategic Market Insight: Skilled in analysing competitive and market trends to generate actionable insights that drive product strategy and innovation. Consumer-Centric Collaboration: Adept at integrating consumer insights with corporate affairs, product design, and delivery teams to ensure on-time and impactful launches of digital products. Exceptional Communication: Strong ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders, driving alignment and strategic execution. Highly desirable: Strong knowledge of the evolving energy landscape, with a focus on identifying and implementing solutions that address the needs of residential consumers. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations to support strategic objectives.
