The role is accountable for developing a clear and compelling vision that will be used to lead the scrum team and align business stakeholders and for overseeing delivery outcomes against agreed strategic outcomes and metrics. Key Responsibilities Align stakeholders with objectives and outcomes for the Direct Acquisition channel. Shape ideas and requirements into digital experiences that enhance member engagement and onboarding, aligning with business strategy. Serve as a liaison between marketing, brand, product, and digital technology teams to ensure successful execution and delivery. Define the target state for Direct Acquisition across internal and third-party technologies and create a roadmap for iterative improvements. Manage backlog prioritisation, leveraging analytics, trends, and competitive insights to enhance engagement and lifetime value while managing risks and compliance. What You Will Bring Proven experience in digital product management across web and mobile platforms. Creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving innovation and delivering business results. Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and deliver outcomes. Expertise in customer journeys, transforming needs into actionable product roadmaps, and strong interpersonal and communication skills, with Agile methodology proficiency.
