We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Administrator to join our Head Office finance team in Brighton-Le-Sands. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, this contract role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. What You’ll Be Doing Key responsibilities: Analyse and document departmental requirements, identifying gaps within existing systems and processes. Ensure the implementation of new systems and processes effectively addresses these gaps while fulfilling departmental needs. Lead and oversee the change management process for the project, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption of new systems and processes. Oversee and coordinate project deliverables across all stages, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Lead data collection, migration, testing, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Organise and facilitate weekly project meetings, track action items, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Provide support during project rollout, assisting with planning and execution to ensure smooth deployment. Develop training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and deliver training sessions to ensure proper system adoption. Offer comprehensive post-implementation support to all stakeholders, conducting a Post-Implementation Review (PIR) to identify any gaps or areas for improvement. Key Characteristics, Qualifications & Experience A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar project administration roles. Previous experience with payroll, time and attendance, and onboarding/offboarding software projects is highly desirable. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with strong analytical and reporting capabilities. A proactive and adaptable professional, capable of seamlessly shifting between tasks and contexts as needed. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
