Our client is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the implementation of an Integration Platform. This is a newly created opportunity to support a pivotal project, working alongside a Systems Integrator Partner. Key Responsibilities: Support the end-to-end implementation of a new Integration Platform Proven experience in project management/coordination on systems implementation and integration projects Domain expertise in wholesale & distribution is advantageous Provide coordination and administration support for the project team, requiring liaising with key stakeholders across the organisation, providing project status reports and updates. Project reporting experience is required Prior experience within a PMO environment, and skills in project governance, is an advantage. An ability to monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks. Tracking of identified risks & issues to assist in the project success. Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder engagement skills. A proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for project delivery. This is a day rate contract opportunity, offering a hybrid working model (2 days onsite, based in the north of Melbourne). #J-18808-Ljbffr
