Positions covering projects based FIFO - 8 : 6 / 2 : 1 - they work with their teams! The Company Our client is a well-known civil contracting business that operates within the mining civils/services, regional roads, and NPI infrastructure space. With project awards progressing rapidly in the resource sector, they are currently looking to expand their project team with hands-on and driven Civil Project Engineers. Responsibilities Work in the delivery of large-scale earthworks/bulk earthworks and minor concrete packages for a major development project. Provide strong technical advice & coordinate with other site & project engineers to deliver on the design and specifications. Oversee QA/QC/Quality reporting as well as assisting with cost and productivity reporting – ability to identify issues/risks that may occur. Oversee site activities associated with the efficient use of plant, equipment, and materials. Work closely with the on-site supervisors to ensure prioritisation and productivity of their crews. Skills and Experience Civil contracting experience as a Project Engineer working in mining services and infrastructure space. Project and technical experience in the areas of earthworks/bulk earthworks, drainage, roads, rail, non-process infrastructure etc. Possess recognised Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering.
