Bring your subject matter expertise to this role. Role to commence as soon as possible. You will bring your superior project management experience to our dynamic and collaborative team. This diverse role will be primarily responsible for ensuring that we complete all the deliverables to meet the European Union Medical Device Regulations (EU MDR) requirements by the end of 2027. This will ensure that our medical devices meet the compliance and regulatory standards, to be sold and distributed within the European Union. Responsibilities Manage all project aspects including:developing project plans with associated milestones and deadlines. coordinating staff and external vendors to ensure the most efficient use of resources. acting as a single point of contact. coordinating deliverables and ensuring the project scope is completed on schedule, within budget, and with appropriate approvals. scheduling and attending project meetings. identification and documentation of project risks and issues. analysing and reporting on project performance and status. Encourage a collaborative, customer focused delivery culture to create strong relationships and a high-functioning project team. Communicate regularly about project performance and issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and other stakeholders in best project practices. Adhere to the Quality Management System and its processes to meet applicable regulatory requirements. Qualifications What we need from you: We are seeking people who align with our company values and have a passion for providing quality solutions to our patients. To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Bachelor’s degree or experience of such kind as to provide a comparable background. Experience within a highly regulated environment such as medical devices highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to take ownership.
