The Company An ASX listed business with a long presence in the market delivering construction, fit out and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors. A strong brand in the market and a growing division looking for a future leader and well versed Senior Project Manager. Our Client is experienced in delivering projects include Defence, heritage, government, commercial, high rise, schools and health. This current role will sit within the fit out and refurbishment division on a $35m inner city project. The Role Project Manager joining a well established team delivering high quality fit out and refurbishment projects in the $2m - $40m range You will forecast and manage project budgets Ensure quality process and delivery across all of your projects and project team Successfully managing the balance of time, quality and cost to achieve project milestones and client satisfaction Have a positive impact on your delivery team with a proven ability to create and maintain an enjoyable and productive work environment Managing ongoing relationships with all parties Experience/Qualifications Required A stable track record in delivering of commercial Fit out projects up to $20m (higher values of relevant projects is highly regarded) An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
