Senior Project Manager - Client Side - Industrial/Manufacturing - ASAP Posted: 24/01/2025 Our client is a boutique client-side project and construction management consultancy that provides independent and professional services for property and infrastructure projects. They are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Project Manager to join their innovative and client-focused team to work on a high-end industrial project. Experience working on industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, and process engineering building projects is desirable. This is a full-time permanent position providing a great opportunity to work with an established organization that offers challenging work. The Ideal Candidate will have: Experience of managing projects from scope development to handover Experience on new build projects from $10m to $100+, ideally in industrial or similar Experience of working for a client-side PM firm or a main contractor on D&C contracts in buildings Develop documentation for the appointment of contractors through competitive tendering Identify and manage construction risk through all projects, escalating issues when required Design management Manage project expenditure and cash flow Interrogate construction programs Manage variations, EOTs, RFIs on the client/contractor side including authority approvals Manage defect identification and rectification Strong stakeholder management skills A positive and 'can do' attitude and extremely high client-serving standards are essential Qualifications and Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or similar Minimum 7 to 15+ years’ experience ideally working on large scale industrial, warehousing, manufacturing, etc. construction projects Understanding of the Local and State planning systems and pathways, development applications Strong project financial reporting skills Strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture Excellent verbal and written communication skills Well-developed interpersonal skills Previous experience working on construct-only and design & construct contracts such as AS4000, AS4902, AS4300, AS2124, GC21, and PC1 If you have the skills and experience that we are looking for, click “Apply” to submit your resume or contact Jacob Montague-Day via email at or 0406 849 202, or Sam Barnes via email at or 0429 306 688 for further information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
