We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Sydney. This role will focus on delivering exceptional digital work across a group of core clients, including feature enhancements, large-scale web builds, and campaign origination and execution. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of projects while managing client relationships, budgets, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including website and application builds, feature enhancements, and digital campaign execution. Lead project scoping and develop detailed project definitions, ensuring alignment with client goals and technical requirements. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources using tools like Workbook, ensuring projects remain on track and within scope. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including UX, creative, and technical, to develop innovative and effective solutions. Ensure quality assurance by conducting thorough testing and proofing, independently or with the QA team. Provide clear visibility on project risks and mitigation strategies, communicating effectively with key stakeholders. Lead and participate in client meetings, offering progress updates, insights, and recommendations. Support agile processes by participating in scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint planning. What You Bring 5+ years of experience in digital project management within an agency environment. Expertise in managing projects on platforms like Optimizely/EpiServer (or similar, e.g., AEM). Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality assurance and project documentation. Proven track record in budget management, scope writing, and resource allocation. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage concurrent projects effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing client relationships and leading teams. A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding digital work.
