Senior Project Manager (ERP) (177183) Melbourne, Australia Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a greenfield ERP implementation project. This exciting role will oversee the end-to-end implementation of Oracle NetSuite, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence. With presence throughout Australia and abroad, this successful organization has experienced impressive growth and has a number of key initiatives they are embarking on, with the ERP replacement a high priority. Key Responsibilities and Experience: Exceptional Project Management capabilities Manage the full lifecycle of the Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation, from planning to go-live. Review requirements and process documentation, whilst collaborating with key stakeholders and SI partner, and align the ERP solution with organizational needs and appropriate integration planning. Oversee the integration of the new ERP system, ensuring compatibility with existing processes and systems. Extensive experience with successful ERP implementations is essential. Strong understanding of ERP integration processes and challenges. Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to lead teams and manage timelines, risk & issues, budgets. Facilitate stakeholder & vendor engagement and management; ensure alignment across departments, particularly in finance and operations. Technically savvy with ERPs, with a preference for Oracle NetSuite. Open to travel as needed to support project objectives.
