About the Role: My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager (Electrical) to lead and manage electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project objectives are met. Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols. Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical project management. Proven experience in managing large-scale electrical projects. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Project Management. Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP).
