As the Senior Project Manager, you will bring your extensive experience in the QLD fitout sector, leveraging a well-established local network and a track record of successfully managing projects for reputable companies. The Role Project Manager joining a well-established team delivering high-quality fitout and refurbishment projects You will have the personality and technical capabilities to grow into a construction manager role You will forecast and manage project budgets Ensure quality processes and delivery across all of your projects and project team Managing RFI's to clients, architects, and consultants Procurement including scope of work & tender package. Grow and develop a business unit and key accounts Experience/Qualifications Required A stable track record in delivering commercial fitout projects up to $5m Fitout & refurbishment experience highly regarded An ability to manage programme, schedule, and sequence trades effectively Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar A natural ability to drive the project forward while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients alike.
