Senior Project Manager - Professional Services - FinTech Our client is a hugely successful FinTech firm that works with 95% of the world’s leading banks. As part of their continued growth and expansion, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a diverse range of software implementation projects covering multiple product/business areas. This person will ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of the largest and most complex customer software implementation projects using a structured, controlled, tool and methodology-based, scalable approach. The successful candidate must come from a FinTech background, with exposure to Capital Markets, or related areas such as Lending, Treasury, etc. All applicants must have had professional services experience, either from a FinTech vendor or FinTech consulting background. For this role, they will not consider candidates who have only ever worked in industry roles. The most important experience is having expert skills around Project Delivery and Project Governance, specifically for large software delivery projects within banking. These would typically be enterprise level, with lots of complex interdependencies. In return, this person will get exposure to a diverse range of flagship projects across multiple product areas with lots of variety. This person would be based in Melbourne but needs to be comfortable with 15-25% travel.
