Location: Melbourne, AustraliaSector: ITSalary: Daily rate negotiable, depending on experience About the Role: This will be a contractor position for an initial 6-month period with the possibility of extension. You will be based in the CBD, working in a hybrid working arrangement. My client is looking for an immediate start. In this role, you will: Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee implementation; Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines effectively; Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success and stakeholder satisfaction; Provide training and support to internal teams, fostering adoption of ServiceNow solutions. About You: The ideal candidate will have: Strong governance expertise and excellent ability with managing third-party vendor partnerships; Extensive experience in managing ServiceNow projects, including successful implementations and integrations; Prior working experience within the telecommunications industry; Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices; Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels; Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget; Relevant certifications, such as PMP or ITIL, are highly desirable.
