About the role Join our growing Information Technology team as we undertake a significant and challenging program of work focused on progressing our online capabilities. Reporting to the Projects Delivery Manager and based onsite at our corporate office in Homebush West, you will lead and manage projects to successful completion, ensuring they stay within the agreed scope, budget, and schedule, all while adhering to the Project Delivery Framework’s quality standards. You'll develop strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, drive customer satisfaction, and manage external vendor relationships to ensure seamless project execution. Responsibilities include: Act as the strategic liaison, aligning business, IT, various technology work streams, and external suppliers. Create and manage comprehensive resource and budget plans to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. Manage schedules, risks and issues using standard project management tools. Provide project updates and reports at regular intervals. Prepare for and lead monthly steering committee meetings with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives. Manage communication with stakeholders at all levels of the business and facilitate workshops with both internal and external stakeholders. Create business cases required to deliver the recommended solutions. Manage multiple projects concurrently. About you You will be an experienced Project Manager with extensive eCommerce domain experience with a proven track record delivering key business and technology projects on time and within budget, in medium to large sized retail organisations. You will have a solid understanding of retail systems, including payment gateways, inventory and order management. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to facilitate meetings, influence stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and negotiate successful outcomes. You will also have: Extensive experience working in a structured project delivery environment, with knowledge of project management lifecycles and products implementation methodologies (waterfall/agile/hybrid). A sound understanding of website development lifecycles and operations including analytics, performance, customer support etc. Proven track record of delivering key business and technology projects on time and within budget, within medium to large sized organisations. Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple work streams while simultaneously handling multiple initiatives and prioritising competing deadlines. Experience in issue and risk management, formal status reporting and Steering Committee facilitation. Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to estimate project budgets and track expenditures. Ability to partner effectively with the business to ensure outcomes appropriately meet business requirements. Knowledge of procurement processes i.e. RFP/RFQ.
