What we are looking for: Project Manager Senior Contracts Manager (Superintendent) - The Senior Contracts Manager serves as the Superintendent, administering contracts, including those based on the Australian Standards (AS4xxx series). This role acts as the strategic contracts' adviser for a wide range of Council infrastructure delivery contracts, ensuring alignment with the Council's Capital Works Program. Senior Project Manager (Buildings & Open Space) - As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage and coordinate the delivery of capital infrastructure programs and projects, with a primary focus on Buildings and Open Space. Senior Project Manager (Water & Civil) - As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage and coordinate the delivery of capital infrastructure programs and projects, primarily focusing on Water and Civil. Project Manager* - Manage and deliver capital infrastructure programs and projects, focusing on Buildings and Open Space. - (*) Please note, the official title for this role within our organisational structure is “Senior Officer Project Management”.
