What You’ll Do: In this dynamic role, you’ll: Lead the implementation of significant contract reforms, including the transition and start-up of new contract arrangements within the Service Contracts and Licensing Unit. Manage project deliverables and oversee programs of work tied to the Recommissioning Residential Care Services Project. Coach and support staff through change management processes, fostering collaboration and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Ensure SA Government Contract Management principles, policies, and requirements are upheld and effectively implemented in NGO contracting. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking an expert in contract reform with a proven track record of leadership and project delivery. Our ideal candidate will: Have extensive experience in developing, leading, and implementing successful projects. Demonstrate the ability to motivate teams and achieve high-quality outcomes.
