Experienced Senior Associate Property Lawyer? Eager for a new challenge? Love mentoring juniors? Sick of the grind, and seeking a focus on clients and work rather than billable hours? About the Role: Lead juniors in a range of property transactions. Manage residential and commercial property developments (off the plan projects including joint venture agreements, development agreements) Manage commercial/retail leasing. Manage complex land applications (adverse possession; creation and removal of easements). Manage property sales, acquisitions, due diligence, and conveyancing. About You: Senior Property Lawyer (4-6 years MIN PQE). Analytical with strong communication skills. Client-facing lawyer who loves developing strong relationships.
