Senior Property Manager | Chinese Speaking | Point Cook Locally Australian Owned and Run Real Estate Agency in Point Cook, with two out of about 10 portfolios of Chinese Speaking Owners, hence we are recruiting a Senior Property Manager, ideally someone who speaks Chinese to be able to communicate with these owners.There is approx 180 properties in the portfolio, based in Point Cook and surrounding areas, mostly nicer, newer built properties.With full leasing, admin, and accounts support, you have a great work culture, work-life balance, and a professional, kind environment to work in. With training, team events, and a large, modern office in Point Cook.Hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 5pm, no weekends, 2 days work from home option.DUTIES: Manage 180 properties in the portfolio, based in Point Cook and surrounding areas, mostly nicer, newer built properties, houses, townhouses etc. Conduct rent reviews and communicate with rental providers (Landlord/Owners). Oversee maintenance & compliance. Handle emails, enquiries, and onboarding new business from the BDM / Leasing team as appropriate. WHAT'S ON OFFER: $80,000 - $85,000 + Super Salary Progression into even higher paying Team Leader type roles possible Free Parking at Office No Weekends Strong, established team, with 15+ years of doing business THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Has worked as a Senior Property Manager or Property Manager in Residential Real Estate for 2+ years.
