Senior Property Manager - Inner North-East - Up to $90K+Super Posted: 20/02/2025 Our client based in the Inner North-East Suburbs of Melbourne is looking for a Property Manager to join their team and manage a portfolio local to the area. We are open to a Senior (large portfolio with a dedicated assistant) or manage approximately 150 properties. About The Role: Portfolio size can be catered to experience Senior - Larger portfolio with own assistant Or manage a portfolio of 150 properties, end to end Saturday roster 1 in 3 with Friday time off in lieu Opportunity to progress in your career Salary up to $90K+Super (depending on experience) About You: 2+ years experience managing a residential portfolio Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate Hold a current and valid Driver's Licence Experience using a Property Management program such as RP Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, PropertyMe, Property Tree, or Reapit Corporate attire Excellent communication & written skills If you are interested in having a detailed, confidential conversation about this position then please contact Dayle Stewart from Wiggins Recruit at 0490511072 or or apply using the link.
