Your Key Responsibilities: Oversee a small, well-maintained portfolio of 90 properties with efficiency and professionalism. Lead and mentor two Assistant Property Managers , fostering a positive and productive team environment. Coordinate repairs and maintenance , ensuring prompt resolution and excellent service delivery. Handle tenant communications – from sending notices to on-site meetings when required. Proactively manage rental arrears and ensure timely follow-ups. Negotiate lease renewals and issue breach notices as required. Deliver outstanding customer service to both landlords and tenants, building strong, long-term relationships. Work with Property Tree software to streamline daily operations. What You’ll Need to Succeed: 4+ years of experience in real estate property management. Current COR/Real Estate Licence. A reliable car to attend site visits when necessary. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
