Senior Property Manager - New South Wales - Sage Valley Senior Living Sage Valley Senior Living seeks a seasoned and ambitious Senior Property Manager to oversee the general operation of a portfolio of investment properties. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants. Provide sound advice and guidance to clients. Promptly resolve property management issues. Coordinate incoming and outgoing inspections. Prepare submissions to the Tenancy Tribunal. Demonstrate high-level written and verbal communication skills. Utilize previous Property Management experience. Employ problem-solving and conflict management capabilities. Adopt a solution-oriented approach. Hold a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (essential) or License. Possess a strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a proactive approach to managing complex situations. They will work closely with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth property operations and provide expert guidance on tenancy-related matters.
