The Role: As the driving force behind a top-performing Property Management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will showcase your expertise in administration, management, and operations. Lead and support two Assistant Property Managers Manage a small tidy portfolio of 90 properties Communicating with owners and tenants Managing rental arrears, repairs and maintenance Negotiating lease renewals Issuing breach notices as required The Candidate: Minimum of 4+ years experience in Property Management Proven experience in team leadership or management, ideally within the Real Estate industry Strong communication, both written and verbal Fantastic organization and administration skills The ability to foster and maintain strong relationships Immaculate personal presentation A current Certificate of Registration, your own car and a valid driver’s license.
