Join a well-regarded agency in Wahroonga , managing a structured portfolio with full support.What’s on Offer: Monday – Friday role – enjoy work-life balance Manageable portfolio – 140 properties with an Assistant Property Manager for support Car allowance and phone included Industry-leading systems – work efficiently with Property Tree Your Role & Responsibilities: Oversee property management operations, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies Approve tenancy applications and manage rental enquiries Market rental properties, conduct viewings, and process tenancy agreements Handle bond payments, lease renewals, and rent increases Conduct property inspections (ingoing, outgoing, and periodic) Organise repairs, maintenance, insurance claims, and approve invoices Manage arrears and rental reviews Resolve disputes and represent the agency at tribunal hearings if required Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Stay up to date with industry trends through training and team meetings What You Need to Succeed: Previous experience in property management Certificate of Registration (COR) Experience with Property Tree (preferred) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and relationship management abilities If you’re looking for a role with structure, support, and the opportunity to grow, we want to hear from you.
