You’ll join a small, agile team of 4 engineers, working in a highly collaborative and ownership-driven culture. As the Principal Developer, you'll play a critical role in architecting, building, and scaling our platform. This role has the potential to evolve into a Head of Engineering position as we expand. What You’ll Be Doing: Architecting & developing a high-performance platform using Python, Django, and Azure. Driving technical leadership across the team, ensuring best practices in coding, DevOps, and security. Collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver innovative, user-friendly features. Mentoring and coaching engineers, setting a high technical bar. Making key decisions on scalability, architecture, and cloud infrastructure. What We’re Looking For: Expertise in Python & Django – You have 6+ years of experience building web applications. Azure experience – You’ve designed and deployed scalable systems on Azure. Strong systems architecture knowledge – You’ve built high-performance, secure platforms. Startup mindset – You thrive in an environment where you wear multiple hats. Leadership potential – You’re excited about the possibility of stepping into a Head of Engineering role. Bonus Points For: React.js experience – Our frontend is React-based. Experience scaling SaaS or property-related platforms. Start up experience is highly desirable. Why Join?
