Our roles are across a wide range of clients and industries and range from more traditional roles in mobile application, web and API automation to cloud migration projects. Similarly, the role will vary from different levels of functional automation and non-functional testing with tools like Gatling or K6 for load/performance testing. You will bring skills and experience such as: Design, develop and maintain automation frameworks for API, UI and database layers using tools such as Selenium, Playwright and RestAssured. Write and maintain automation scripts in TypeScript, Java and Python to support test automation initiatives. Implement CI/CD pipelines and integrate test automation into DevOps workflows, leveraging Infrastructure as Code and cloud technologies. Develop and execute performance testing strategies, including workload modelling, capacity planning, scalability and load testing using Gatling, K6 or similar tools. Diagnose performance bottlenecks and recommend tuning and risk mitigation strategies to enhance system stability and responsiveness. Conduct performance testing across varied architectures, including microservices, APIs, databases and message queues. Be a respected team member in core testing types, sought after for opinion and guidance, along with broad skills and experience across a variety of test automation tools. Sound knowledge of current trends in the testing industry, technology updates, testing tools, and have a deep understanding of business processes in your chosen domain. Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance automation coverage, reduce test cycle times, and improve software quality. Act as a trusted advisor for test strategy, providing thought leadership and expert insights across automation and performance testing domains.
