Join our innovative Domain Insights (Enterprise) team as a Senior Quality Engineer (Coach)! In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the quality of our data-driven solutions, working in a cross-functional Agile team to drive excellence in automated testing and observability. You'll be coaching and supporting software engineers in integrating automated testing and observability into their daily workflows. Who are you? The ideal candidate will… Lead the development and enhancement of test strategies and frameworks, with a focus on data and APIs. Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and product managers to ensure data quality is prioritized across our products. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, understanding the business impact of data quality. Design and deploy projects that deliver measurable business outcomes related to data validation and quality. Keep up with the latest trends in automated testing and data validation to continuously improve our practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in: Proven experience in developing and enhancing test strategies, with a focus on data and APIs. Experience in DBT, Postman and SQL. Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and teams across different domains. Ability to handle project execution, planning, and delivery. Familiarity with data structures, APIs, and data engineering principles. A demonstrated track record in delivering impactful, high-quality projects.
