Operating for more than two decades has cemented a generous amount of brand awareness, long term relationships and market expertise unlike any other.Your new role This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially savvy and ambitious consultant to join our well-established and successful Accounting & Finance team.You will be managing an established commercial permanent desk, working with a wide variety of commercial clients including but not limited to construction, property, utilities, higher education sector and also not for profit (NFPs) organisations. You will be engaging with C-suite level contacts, establishing a high level network and ensuring you become a trusted advisor to both your clients and candidates.Your mature and credible approach, coupled with your commercial acumen and negotiation skills will enable you to maximise relationships and fees in this competitive but lucrative market. A keen interest in finance or experience recruiting specifically in this market will really set you up for success. You'll be working with a team of highly motivated and successful consultants and managers and work collaboratively to deliver exceptional results.What you will need to succeed You know that you've got what it takes because you are highly motivated, sales driven and efficient recruiter with a proven track record of exceeding targets. You will be inquisitive about your market and the people dedicated to it. Being confident to map your market and establish new relationships as well as being able to maintain rapport with both internal and external contacts will be key to your success.You excel in your work by partnering with senior level / C-suite hiring managers to understand their needs, providing creative solutions and market insights.
