Role Description This is a full-time completely remote role for a Senior Recruitment Consultant - New Business. The Consultant will be responsible for the full 360 lifecycle of end-to-end recruitment: securing new roles through business development strategies, sourcing candidates, consulting with clients, conducting interviews, and making incremental growth in revenue through successfully placing candidates into jobs with clients. This role offers the ability to build a team underneath you, become a manager, and earn a team commission from anywhere in the world that has work hours that support Australian business hours.
