Our client is a value-based investment manager in the midst of an exciting uplift. The mandate of this senior Compliance role is to support Information Security, Technology, AI, Data and Privacy activities at a group-wide level. Your technology experience will ideally pertain to fund governance and RE licensing. You will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with internal teams, providing expert compliance guidance and strategic advice to ensure adherence to regulatory obligations. In this role, you will: Manage regulatory obligations within the business units. Oversee privacy controls. Assist with data breach investigations. Design and implement compliance controls and processes. Collaborate with regulatory engagement & change teams to ensure compliance with emerging regulatory changes. Contribute to the development and delivery of compliance training. Monitor regulatory risks, assess compliance controls, and support incident investigations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Risk/ Compliance, specifically in privacy, data/information security, and technology-related compliance. A strong understanding of Australian legislation - APRA regulations is essential. The successful candidate will be proactive, highly skilled in business partnering, and have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage relationships across diverse teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
