An exciting brand-new opportunity as Senior Relationship Executive (Health) is now available in our BOQ Specialist team! The Senior Relationship Executive (Health) is responsible for leading and coaching a team of 4 Health bankers and supporting Analysts, whilst also directly managing a portfolio of health clients, predominately in the $5m-10m commercial lending space. The Senior Relationship Executive (Health) role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate health business banker who is looking at utilising their expertise in the industry and stepping up into a leadership role, whilst also being able to continue managing a portfolio of clients in an ever-evolving industry segment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our business in the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities: Leading, coaching and inspiring a team of dedicated bankers and analysts to deliver exceptional outcomes. Managing own portfolio of clients ($5-10m) across the commercial healthcare ecosystem. Playing a key role in helping achieve the annual business plan, focusing on growth and profitability in target markets and strengthening customer relationships. Supporting the implementation of business strategies and operating models to foster growth, contributing to sustainable business performance through new business acquisition, customer retention and process improvements. About You: To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in a Business Banking role specialising in the healthcare industry. You will be a forward-thinking, passionate banker who is customer obsessed and highly skilled in credit structuring and business origination, customer retention and networking. You will have a solid history of good portfolio hygiene, an adherence to managing risk and compliance and brand promotion. Your passion for coaching and leading a team of dedicated bankers will also contribute to your overall success in this role.
