Senior Retail Media Specialist

As a vital member of the Marketing team, you will work with key partners and suppliers across toy and other categories. You will play an integral part in building and delivering the retail media supplier marketing plan, increasing sales, transactions, and participation in category. You will lead the delivery of all retail media partner activity, manage the P&L for retail media, ensuring activity is delivered, rebates are processed, and align to budget. This role also involves working closely with Kmart's media agency to ensure campaign objectives are met and results shared with partners in a timely manner. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based at our National Office in Mulgrave. What you’ll be doing Leading the delivery of supplier funded activity through liaising with merchandise teams, suppliers, and the internal marketing teams to plan and execute supplier funded campaigns across social and internal marketing channels. Build out the 12-month retail media supplier marketing calendar. Managing the P&L for supplier funding, ensuring activity is delivered, rebates align, and results for supplier funding. Representing marketing on the Licensing committee and maintain marketing licensing and supplier activity calendar. Building proactive relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. To be successful in this role you’ll have: Marketing experience in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Media agency background or experience building media plans. Experience with coordination of marketing communication channels. Well versed with campaign management and budgets. Good understanding of the creative and media planning process. Ability to translate customer and business insights into effective content strategies. Proficient Excel skills with an ability to manage data with a high degree of accuracy and data integrity. Skilled with building stakeholder relationships. Highly numerate with strong analytical skills. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
