About The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a relief Senior Retirement Living Relief Manager in the VIC/NSW region to provide continuity of care and business processes across various Bolton Clarke Retirement Living sites through support to, or in the absence of, a member of the site management team. You will be active in promoting a strong customer focus culture, positive relations, and brand recognition in the community. Our villages are among the first in Australia to be awarded Australian Retirement Village Accreditation Scheme (ARVAS). Key activities: Work as part of the Retirement Living team to lead and coordinate Retirement Village operations to ensure compliance with the Retirement Villages Act, Code of Conduct, and Accreditation standards. Assist with the management and engagement of residents and resident committees to optimise resident empowerment and satisfaction. Maintain strong working knowledge of multiple legislative instruments relevant to region. Drive resident satisfaction and experience by delivering excellent customer outcomes. Assist with the management of village budgets, resource planning, and strategies. Support the sales process to ensure agreed sales and occupancy targets are managed, optimised, and achieved. Demonstrated management experience in a similar role within retirement living, business, hospitality, finance, property management, or health sector. Sales experience in property or other Business to Customer environment with an ability to build strong client relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets. Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work with legislation. A sound understanding of the Retirement Village Act would be highly regarded. Proven customer-centric philosophy combined with an ability to “get things done.” Strong written and verbal communication including demonstrated problem-solving skills. Budgeting and reporting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relative business systems.
