The role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to drive growth across Australia and North America and lead our inbound and outbound sales teams. Reporting to the CEO and board of directors, this role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Responsibilities: Direct, coach, and inspire a results-driven sales team to consistently exceed revenue goals Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company objectives and capitalises on key market opportunities Establish a clear, repeatable sales process, set measurable goals, and hold the team accountable for achieving both individual and collective results Continuously review and refine the sales approach to align with market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape Utilise sales performance data and key metrics to enhance team effectiveness and overall sales performance Provide ongoing coaching, skill-building, and performance feedback to support team members in meeting their targets and advancing their careers Foster a high-energy, collaborative work environment that promotes achievement, teamwork, and continuous growth Oversee sales operations, reporting, and forecasting, providing regular updates to executive leadership on progress towards revenue goals About you: Experience - Over 10 years in high-volume B2B SaaS sales, including at least 5+ years in a leadership role managing a sizeable sales team Proven Results - Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing complex sales processes, and consistently surpassing sales targets Specialist Knowledge - Deep understanding of SaaS business models, subscription pricing, and value-driven sales strategies Team Leadership - Proven experience in building, leading, and scaling sales teams, with a focus on talent development and performance optimisation Sales Expertise - A strong track record in both inbound sales and outbound business development, including demand generation across digital and traditional channels Technical Skills - Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics, with the ability to manage pipelines, track progress, and forecast results Seniority level: Director Employment type: Full-time Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
