Engineering / Engineering with MBA Essential Skills Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales manager, or relevant role. Experienced in new business development and generating new ideas and solutions that provide increased margins for the business. Must be an exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Experience in product sales. Must be a team player. Preferred Skills Experience in embedded and automotive fields. Job Responsibilities Identifying and networking with potential customers to generate leads as per the organization's business requirements. Coordinate and lead all regular meetings with customers. Develop and manage a platform to retain customers. Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers. Respond to customer complaints and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Be aware of market/business trends and propose plans to management to grow in the market. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Promote the company's products/services by addressing or predicting clients' objectives. Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in performing the following: Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing. Building brand awareness and positioning.
