Job Profile Fantastic career opportunity at our busy and successful Your Move Branch in Coalville as we are looking to recruit an Experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our estate agency on a full time, permanent basis, with the option of progressing with Valuation training. This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England. You will have experience working in Estate Agency as either a Senior Negotiator or Valuer in a smaller environment looking for progression. This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and driven individual looking to make a real stamp on the branch success story. As a Senior Negotiator You Will Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales properties. Generate and conduct property viewings. Negotiate offers between all parties. Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance). Display excellent customer service at all times. Valuation Training. In Return We Offer On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £26,000 +. 6 months guaranteed commission pay. 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota. Pension Scheme. Career Progression. It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
