As a key member of a strong and established team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences, nurturing lasting relationships, and contributing to the boutique’s continued success.Key Responsibilities: Drive both individual and team KPIs with a focus on sales and client engagement. Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through premium customer service. Work closely with the Boutique Manager and Assistant Store Manager to ensure high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and operational excellence. Contribute to the team dynamic by bringing a collaborative, adaptable, and client-focused approach. Deliver personalised service tailored to high-end clientele, ensuring a memorable luxury shopping experience. Ideal Candidate: Luxury retail background with experience in high-end jewelry or fashion accessories. Mature, client-focused approach with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. Mandarin-speaking (highly desirable) to cater to a diverse client base. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a structured environment. Adaptable, approachable, knowledgeable, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced luxury retail setting. Roster & Work-Life Balance: Rotating weekend roster (one weekend on, one weekend off). Two consecutive days off during the week.
