About the Opportunity: Based in Sydney and reporting to the National Relationship Manager, your role will include: Review and analysis of company sales report data from Tableau and PowerBI to identify trends and insights into consumer purchasing patterns and sales performance. Manage day-to-day queries from key distribution partners and internal stakeholders. Be the first point of contact for distributor queries relating to customer complaints. Prepare internal distribution-related reporting for monthly sales meetings (SalesCo). Deliver ad hoc distributor reporting as and when required. Assist the National Relationship Manager to maintain strong relationships with key distributors. Assist the National Relationship Manager to prepare and run formal and strategic distributor meetings. Ensure all activities support and maintain business standards and compliance. At the direction of the National Relationship Manager, may be assigned to key business projects from time to time. About You: As our preferred candidate, you will have: Minimum 5 years’ experience in related roles. Strong MS Office suite skills, particularly MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. Working knowledge of the insurance industry. Previous experience in the use of Tableau and PowerBI (highly desired). Decision making and problem solving by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives and propose quality solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
