About the role The role As a Senior Salesforce Engineer at Prospa, you’ll be a key player in designing and building high-quality software solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering fast, impactful results. Your expertise will be crucial in leading our migration from Classic to Lightning and Financial Services Cloud (FSC). What you'll be responsible for Lead our migration from Classic to Lightning and Financial Services Cloud. Skills you'll need Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals. Problem solving: Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems. Decision Making: Considers the costs and benefits of potential actions and determines the most appropriate one.
